If ski conditions do not meet your expectations, we will, without any argument, give you a coupon good for a free ticket valid on your next visit during the 2011-2012 season.
- To obtain your coupon, you must present yourself at the customer service counter less than one hour after the purchase of your ticket.
- Your ticket must have been bought before noon.
- Belle Neige reserves the right to limit the application of this guarantee to 2 occasions per customer, per season.
