If ski conditions do not meet your expectations, we will, without any argument, give you a coupon good for a free ticket valid on your next visit during the 2009-2010 season.

1. To obtain your coupon, you must present yourself at the customer service counter less than one hour after the purchase of your ticket.
2. Your ticket must have been bought before noon.
3. Belle Neige reserves the right to limit the application of this guarantee to 2 occasions per customer, per season.
